At Scale Models HQ we understand that all modellers want their new purchase as soon as possible which is why we have put together a comprehensive range of delivery options for you to choose from. 

All orders placed by 1pm (GMT) Monday through Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after this time or on Saturday, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

COVID-19

Customs delays in Europe due to Brexit

If you have an urgent UK order, when we recommend you select our Next Day Delivery option to ensure you receive your order the next working day (provide your order is placed by 1pm). Please note our delivery partners do not consider an item to be lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date.

Signature Release

If you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature reimplement. Please note that if you choose to remove this option, Scale Models HQ nor our delivery partners can be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered. 

Taxes & Duties

Orders placed outside of the UK may incur import duties or customs charges. Scale Models HQ is not liable for any import duties or taxes charged by Customs. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information on what charges may apply. Failure to pay import duties / customs charges and accept delivery will incur additional charges from us should any items be returned.
